Kim is a lifelong resident of Morgan County and started her real estate career in 1987. Her successes are highlighted by numerous awards such as: Listing and Sales Leader of the Year, Indiana REALTOR® of the Year, Bud Tucker Community Service Award, Multi-Million Dollar Sales Award, and Medallion Award. Most meaningful of all was the Distinguished Service Award, which recognizes recipients for their honesty, integrity and willingness to help locals in need.
Sara is an Indiana University graduate with a BA in Geography. She worked 5 years in the environmental field for IDEM and INDOT, 15 years in the equine industry as a saddle fitter/sales person, and now as a REALTOR® since 2016. With her strength in character and attention to detail, she prides herself on providing quality service and information while minimizing inherent tensions during transactions. Her favorite remark from a client is, "We're glad we have someone to work with that we can trust."
Jaylen is a Monrovia native who got his real estate license in 2022. In 2024 he received the Five Star Professional Rising Star Award, whose winners are held in high regard by their peers and mentors, embody professional excellence, exhibit superior customer service and show great potential to excel in their profession.
